DESPATCH
Nibrocool should be despatched within at worst two business days from receipt of the order. If we have any delays we will email you immediately. Your order will be despatched using our trusted delivery partner, DPD. Your order will be fully tracked and you will have visibility of that tracking through the link that will be sent to you after despatch. We use DPD’s premium service because Nibrocool is important to us and to you and as such we envisage that you should receive Nibrocool within 2 days of despatch. If this changes at any point due to unforeseen circumstances we will do our best to advise as soon as we receive that information from DPD.

CANCELLATION
To cancel send an email to support@nibrocool.com. Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched. If the item has already been despatched, then please see our returns policy.

RETURNS
You are entitled to a return as per UK Consumer Law. Click here to see details of our returns policy. You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us by emailing us.
