Delivery is a critical part of the Nibrocool experience, and we have entrusted DPD to take care of this for us. They have a success rate of over 99% and they are one of the best.

Delivery is FREE and included in the price.

Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched for a next working day delivery. Those that are placed on a Friday or bank holiday will be despatched the next working day.

After Nibrocool has left us, you will receive a tracking link. That will provide you with complete visibility of the logistics process and an estimated delivery date.

For the moment, we only ship in the UK. As we grow that may well change but for our overseas supporters please bear with us; you will be able to experience the amazing Nibrocool soon!

It is our aim that any orders received before noon are dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after this time are dispatched the following business day. We will do our best to meet this promise and bank holidays and Christmas / New Year may well get in the way, but we will communicate these changes as necessary.  

All orders are handled with care and attention, packed by hand, and
shipped from our registered address in the scenic and beautiful Derbyshire.
