If doing the first thirty days (from the date you ordered) you are not totally satisfied, we will refund you on receipt of the returned item, assuming the return is undamaged and in its original packaging.

This Nibrocool promise goes beyond standard consumer law.

Nibrocool is guaranteed for 12 months for the date of the order. This covers its functioning and mechanical warranty.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will:

Refund you for Faulty Goods: You have the right to a full refund if Nibrocool develops a fault, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

We will endeavour to refund or replace as you request. Regarding refunds, we will issue them ‘without undue delay ideally within 14 days of the you being entitled to a refund. We typically do not hold credit card details, so will have to contact you to ensure that the refund is issued to the same payment method as you used.
